What does a Distance Reiki session look like?
Distance Reiki is a form of healing energy "sent" across time and space that is received and has a healing effect on the recipient, you. With this type of work, you do not have to be physically present with the me to receive Reiki.
* I will contact you via Zoom at the beginning of the session
* We will chat for a few minutes about why you are wanting Reiki and set an intention for the session
* I will sit for 30 minutes with crystals I have intuitively chosen to send Reiki while you relax in a comfortable place
* After 30 minutes we will discuss anything that came up during the Reiki session
